About me

Well hello. My name is Peter. Yes, I’m a Personal Trainer. The question is…why? Well, it's really straight forward. I've always had a passion for sports and fitness. It was actually the only thing I ever wanted to do. As a job it's very rewarding and allows me to effect positive change in a person's lifestyle helping them work towards their individual goals. I enjoy educating clients on techniques and different training principles so they're able to give 100% effort knowing that they're taking the necessary action in order to produce exceptional results.

Furthermore, I have an educational background in sports science that I acquired from university. The course helped develop my knowledge of a variety of training styles such as SAQ and plyometric training. In addition I'm particularly interested in sports specific strength and conditioning working with athletes in order to improve their performance. It's important for me to state that I enjoy all aspects of fitness aimed at achieving the goals of different individuals including fat loss, muscle building and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
