Working in a gym has been a goal I set myself when I was 14. Fitness is an industry I have been involved in my whole life. Throughout school I’d have a Personal Trainer who made me train hard in running every lunch hour and every day after school. Shortly after I was participating in cross country events.
I recently took part in body FX which is a bodybuilding gym where I did a lot of strength training. This helped me build a tonne of muscle and define my body. In 2015 I was taught boxing. Boxing is my biggest passion as it changed my lifestyle and mixed up my training. This also helped me get into a routine of prepping my meals and sticking to a strict diet which enabled me to maintain a balanced diet.
Now I participate in circuit training at my local gym which has changed the way I look and gave me the confidence to help other people. I train in boxing about three times a week and circuit training four times a week.
Fitness has made me who I am today. The gym changed my life. Maybe it can change yours!
