Our versatile model means you can join as a self-employed Personal Trainer/employed Fitness Coach or as a standalone self-employed Personal Trainer.
Join PureGym as a Personal Trainer and you’ll get industry leading support to build a thriving business.
You’ll get your first month rent free and keep 100% of your earnings. Additionally, as a ‘Fitness Coach’ you’ll have a contracted salary for 12 hours a week, allowing you to engage with members, teach classes and take inductions to expand your client base alongside your self-employed PT work.
As a Fitness Coach you’ll play a key role in the safe enjoyment of our gyms, delivering an amazing member experience, teaching classes, giving inductions and more. You’ll have a contracted salary for 12 hours alongside running your self-employed PT business outside of your hours.

As a Gym Instructor at PureGym, you’ll be pivotal in maintaining a safe, welcoming and high quality gym experience, supporting members in achieving their fitness goals whilst working towards achieving your Level 3 qualification.
