Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a complete newbie, our PureGym Running Clubs provide a welcoming community no matter what your running goal may be. Group runs are not only about improving speed and endurance but also about enjoying the shared experience of outdoor running. You’ll swap running tips, celebrate each other’s progress and get expert advice from Personal Trainers. It’s a fun, social way to stay active and feel part of something bigger while working towards a healthier self.

HOW TO BOOK A RUNNING CLUB
It's very easy to book a spot on one of our running clubs via the PureGym App or on our website. Simply select your chosen gym, view the class timetable and select Running Club in the class calendar.
If you are new to PureGym’s Running Club, let your instructor know when you arrive, and they will help you get started – our clubs are for all abilities, so you can run at your own pace.
WHAT TO WEAR
Come dressed in comfortable and functional gear such as a lightweight, breathable top and shorts, leggings or joggers. In the colder months we would also recommend a light long-sleeved top, fleece or hoodie.
Don't forget to bring a water bottle to hydrate (we have water fountains in every gym to refill any reusable water bottle).

PureGym Running Clubs are available to all PureGym members.
Running clubs bring together individuals with a shared interest in running. Joining a running club helps members stay committed to regular running, whether that is for the social and community aspect, or to achieve your own fitness goals.
You’ll be greeted by an instructor at your local PureGym. They’ll have a route mapped out and make all runners aware of the distance and pace, and will be with you every step of the way. Our Running Clubs will always take into mind different fitness levels and confidence, so don’t worry about not being a seasoned runner, we’ve got you covered.
PureGym’s Running Clubs welcome runners of all fitness levels. Whether you prefer a steady pace or are ready to push yourself and run ahead, everyone is encouraged to join at their own comfort level. A dedicated PureGym trainer will be on hand throughout the session, running alongside participants to check in, provide support, and offer plenty of motivation along the way.
