About me

As a certified personal trainer with over a decade of experience, my training approach is built on three core areas: strength and conditioning, injury rehabilitation and pre/post natal training.

For those aiming to improve over strength and conditioning, my coaching style combines functional strength training with mobility work, ensuring a body that is not only strong but balanced and flexible.

I’ve helped clients recover from all kinds of injuries, from sports related issues, to impact trauma and chronic pain. I believe in rebuilding strength with patience and intension to ensure you come back even stronger than before.

I have extensive experience in pre/post natal training, helping women stay active and strong during pregnancy, preparing the body for childbirth and recovering post delivery.
