My own journey started after being diagnosed with anxiety - due to the neglect of my physical and mental health in my 20's. I needed to find a pragmatic way of managing it and it was at this point I found, and totally fell in love with, training and the gym.
As a result of my experience, I now fully understand the alignment of physical and mental health and do not believe one can operate without the other.
I am MASSIVELY enthusiastic about helping as many people as I can. Helping to IMprove mental and physical strength and confidence in everyday life is my passion.
Whether you want to lose weight, run a faster 10k or simply just IMprove your day-to-day life, my goal is to get you to a stage where you become excited about and focused on your short-term and long-term goals. Together, we will achieve your training goals and with each small victory you will love training as much as I love helping you to achieve them.
As a result of my experience, I now fully understand the alignment of physical and mental health and do not believe one can operate without the other. I have found that having a physical hobby is essential, for me rollerblading helps me keep fit without thinking about keeping fit all the time and the gym helps me get stronger so I can be a better blader. Walking, running, climbing, anything that gets you sweating will massively help mental health.
