Is there a race you've always wanted to run in? A competition you've seen others do that you fancy giving a go? Do you want to prove to yourself that you can? Do you want to feel stronger, fitter, faster, more confident? Do certain areas of the gym or exercises feel intimidating? Do you feel like something is missing, and you want mire? Then keep reading!
My name is Kirstie, and I love to travel, eat, read, and watch Greys Anatomy and New Girl on repeat. I also love the gym and exercising ... most of the time! I've been a Primary School Teach er in Fife for five years, and have recently returned from six months of travelling the world with my husband. I've always enjoyed dabbling in exercise: I swam competitively (a loose term .. .) as a child; spent time at a boxing gym in New Zealand; and have finished two half marathons. Hiring a personal trainer back in 2022 was one of the best things I ever did, so much so that I have embarked on PT-ing as a new career with the big 3-0 on the horizon.
Having a personal trainer isn't about unwelcome 6am wake-ups to do countless burpees and restrict what you eat, to a point of misery. It's about having someone who can meet you where you are, hold you accountable, and support you to create a sustainable lifestyle, with you and your physical and mental health at the centre. I want to be your cheerleader from the sidelines while you show up for yourself, in the gym and out, and celebrate with you when the strength, resilience and determination you build in the gym shows in your day-to-day life.
If you are ready to invest in yourself, get in touch and we can meet up for a chat and get you started.
