Hi, I'm Alison aka Ali or BarbiePT I care about what is important to you and can't wait to support you to achieve what you feel might not be possible or have only dreamt of. It would be my privilege to help you progress on your fitness journey or to show you how accessible and life transforming a new fitness routine can be. After decades of experiencing significant physical limitations with my own health & overcoming these I'm now passionate about others not being defined by a health diagnosis, long term chronic condition or their circumstances. Experience: I have over a decade of experience in the gym, a lifetime of experience in a variety of sporting areas; running, cycling, mountain biking to name a few and a wealth of knowledge, training and personal experience in health and wellbeing.
