Hi, I'm Matt!
I fell in love with the gym after playing several different sports throughout my childhood and early adulthood. This passion for sport has enabled me to learn so much about how important training is for professional athletes, but also for the everyday person! I have great knowledge in training for any occasion and I would love to apply that to your needs and get you improving.
Although I am new to being a personal trainer, I have great experience in coaching Championship, and academy Premiership rugby union players! During this time I also got experience testing and carrying out data analysis to improve performance. This experience allows me to be able to critically analyse test performance and create calculated and specific programmes for meeting any needs!
