I am a trained dancer, having been dancing since the age of 6 and achieving high qualifications and grades. I now teach my own dance classes within a dance school.
I have been training in the gym for around 5 years which is where I developed my love for fitness. I am in my final year of studying Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation at The University of Kent.
As I developed my skills through dance I realised how important strength and conditioning is to keep you fit for your sport to reduce the risk of injury.
I am working with athletes as a Sports Therapist, within a rugby club, to help treat and prevent injuries from happening. We work on strength and conditioning personalised to each player and what position they play.
I have trained as a Personal Trainer because I would like to help you reach your goals and help you understand the importance of looking after your body.
I am looking forward to helping you achieve your goals while having fun in the gym!
