My name is Liv!
I first started going to the gym in 2021 with the goal of wanting to gain weight and build muscle, as time went on i found a passion for other styles of training and my goal and mindset completely changed. Over time I discovered a variety of training styles and came across hybrid training. I do a mixture of running and resistance training which is a nice balance to improve all round performance.
I started my journey to become a Personal Trainer after seeing the positive impact going to the gym has on both my mental health and physical fitness. Fitness isn’t just about going to the gym its about building determination and the resilience you can use in many aspects of your life. So, my mission is to inspire more people to go on their own fitness journey to realise what their body & mind is capable of and to help unlock the better version of themselves that they aspire to be but need some guidance along the way.
