About me

I have always been passionate about all things sport. Through my own experience and education I am here to help you reach your goals offering nutritional advice, motivation and accountability to help you stay on track.

My own exercise programs contain a lot of functional fitness and conditioning better known as HIIT or HYROX. I am a huge fan of this type of training as it can be very challenging but very rewarding.

The feeling of accomplishment you get after the workout is so worth the hard work you put in during it. This type of training can be done in pairs too, so it's a great way to get a good workout in with a friend to keep it enjoyable and competitive to push one another.

Whether your goals are to build muscle, lose body fat or for your general wellbeing, I will develop tailored sessions and programs to make sure you reach your goals.

I have many years of experience in exercising and understand how it is just as important for your physical health as well as mental health.
