I’m Ben Duke, a personal trainer dedicated to transforming lives through fitness. My own fitness journey has fueled my passion for helping others achieve their goals, with a focus on discipline, commitment, and accountability, my programs ensure you stay motivated and on track.
Specializing in weight loss, muscle gain, mental health improvement and endurance building, incorporating self-improvement techniques to create an all round approach at achieving high levels of total fitness. I offer full and part time bespoke personal training / lifestyle coaching tailored to your unique needs, as part of my service you will receive online fitness coaching, access to my fitness community and exclusive events! All this is wrapped up in a handy app that you can take with you anywhere you go on your fitness journey.
