I am here to help you reach your goals! Whether you want to lose body fat, gain strength, build muscle mass or increase general fitness and confidence. I will provide a wide variety of training and coaching styles to meet your personal needs.
I began my fitness journey in the sport of boxing as an overweight kid. I quickly fell in love with training and competed as an amateur boxer for several years at an England ABA gym.
My strengths lie within strength and conditioning and endurance training. If you want to let off steam on the pads after a hard week at work, I offer boxing training too.
