About me

I love training and being active whether that’s in the gym, playing football or attempting to surf. The gym helped me build confidence and improve how I feel, as well as my performance playing football, and I want to help others with that feeling as well.

I love learning about fitness and nutrition and want to use my growing knowledge to help others. With so much misinformation online about what you can and can’t eat, quick fixes to lose weight, or how you need to live in perfect alignment to avoid pain, I want to help people cut out the noise and be someone they can trust.

Whether you need help losing fat, gaining muscle, have a lagging body part that just won’t grow, or perhaps you have an event you want to get in shape for, I can help you to achieve it.
