As an avid enthusiast in resistance training, CrossFit, and a number of sports, it’s fair to say I know my way around a gym.
This knowledge has allowed me to transform my body and has given me something to be proud of everyday. This feeling of accomplishment is what I wish for everyone to experience when coming to the gym.
