I’ve always been into sport. I played basketball throughout university, and being active was just part of who I was. But after leaving that environment, things changed. Without the structure of training and competition, I drifted away from the habits that kept me grounded.
The weight crept on, my energy dropped, and I didn’t feel like myself.
What hit even harder was the mental side. I slipped into a low place struggling with motivation and confidence. A tough conversation with a close friend made me realize how far I’d strayed from the version of myself I wanted to be. That was the wake-up call I needed. Getting back into fitness was the turning point.
At first, it was just about feeling better physically but I quickly saw how powerful movement was for my mind. Training gave me structure, purpose, and a way to rebuild from the inside out.
That shift inspired me to become a personal trainer not just to coach workouts, but to support real change. I know how hard it can be to start when you're feeling low. But I also know how life changing it can be when you do.
Now, I help people find their strength physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether it’s building muscle tone, reducing body fat, or simply creating sustainable habits, I’m here to guide every step of the way.
