Hi my name is Karen.. And I’ve been working on my health and fitness for 7 years now. I am a mother of two and understand how difficult it can be to, gain muscle, strength, improve your overall health, or all of the above. I will work around your schedule as best I can to create a tailored exercise programme and nutritional guidance to suit you. Whatever your capabilities and interests, between us, we will come up wit prioritise your physical and mental health at times.
I’ve had my ups and downs over the years, and I’ve made my way through five different sizes of women's clothes throughout my journey. Not from the largest to smallest, I might add.. but a series of different sizes, up—down, up—down, until I finally found a size I was comfortable with…FIT, STRONG, AND HEALTHY!
Properly understanding fitness, nutrition, body composition, and those all-important macros, finally got me to a point where I stopped obsessing over those numbers on the scale and I can teach you to do the same! There is a lot of misinformation out there, and fad diets are abundant! Trust me, I know!
