The journey starts with you!
My name is Kimberley, I was a beginner at the gym 4 years ago. I became very overweight and wanted to be healthier for my children and myself, I had no confidence within myself. When I was ready to start my fitness journey I joined the gym and as a result I lost 5 stone through a calorie deficit, weight training and fitness classes.
Fitness is now a big part of my life, fitness for me is both physical and mental. In those 4 years I built confidence in the gym weight training and focusing on fat loss. My biggest challenge to date was completing 3 marathons.
I am a mum of two, I know how busy life can get with children and it can be hard to find motivation to come to the gym. I can work around your schedule and help motivate you on your fitness journey. I can guide you to make the changes to get the results you are looking for by making long term changes to your health and fitness. I can help you with fat loss and becoming more confident in the gym.
