Almost five years ago, I started my own fitness journey without a passion for fitness or any knowledge of how to lose weight and build muscle. After having my two children and feeling physically unfit, I decided it was time for a change. By committing to a calorie deficit and incorporating weight training, I successfully lost 7 stone, toned my body, built muscle, and gained confidence. Transforming me physically and mentally.
