Hey, I'm Amy!
I’ve been in and out of gyms since I was 18 and like many others, my fitness journey started from a place where I was unhappy with my body. From nitpicking every part of it, comparing myself to others, restrictive eating & over training – I made every mistake in the book! When I started lifting weights, with a structured plan & focusing much more on what my body is capable of, my confidence skyrocketed & as a byproduct I started to love the way I look!
Strength training isn’t just for athletes & bodybuilders, it’s something that anyone can benefit from, no matter your age! The stronger your body is the easier everyday movement becomes, especially as we get older.
