Hi, I’m Robert!
Fitness has been part of my life one way or another ever since I can remember myself which led me believe in the idea that everyone deserved to be happy and comfortable with how they look, are and feel, especially from a fitness point of view.
Gym floor can seem like a very stressful and anxious space, I know I have been there and felt that, however one of my main goals is to welcome and introduce new people to the gym environment and share my passion to fitness and truly wanting to help.
Weightlifting and living a balanced and healthy life has been my main focus for a few years now and although finding that balance can sometimes be a bit challenging, I truly believe that with the right guidance, healthy and positive nutrition habits and specifically tailored workout plans, this balance will no longer be that out of reach.
Strength training and weightlifting is beneficial for all ages especially after the age of 40. Not only will it increase general strength, but it also aids with bone density, muscle and joint health and ultimately it will make it that much easier to pick these little humans up of the ground, we call them kids and grandkids. On top of all that, you are also adding valuable time to your lifetime.
Whether you are just getting started in gym, are about to get started or you are over the magical age of 40, I would be more than happy to work with you!
