Hey, I’m Henry! Around 7 years ago, I started working out in my garden with some basic weights, and it didn’t take long to realise how much I loved the feeling of getting stronger. What started as a hobby soon became a passion, and I decided to turn that passion into a career by becoming a certified personal trainer. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals, just as I did.
