For the last 7 years I’ve been helping my clients achieve their goals: losing fat, recovering from injuries and surgeries, gaining muscle mass, get stronger and more confident.
I have coached people through their journey from complete beginners to national level athletes in both powerlifting and bodybuilding.
I will motivate you, teach you and give you confidence in yourself while enjoying every second of training (maybe you’ll hate me at some point – but thank me later).
The secret to long term result is consistency. There are no set rules with training and nutrition: my job is to find the way that works for you, around your lifestyle and your likes and dislikes. Only that will make you adhere to your plan to reach your goals.
