Hi! I’m Kathryn, a mum of two little ones and long-time fitness enthusiast. With nearly 10 years’ experience of personal training and group fitness under my belt, I specialize in helping busy people – especially women – achieve their fitness goals and get strong. While I love all types of movement and exercise, my niche is resistance training for general health and long-term weight loss/maintenance. I am on a mission to help as many people as possible - especially women - discover the many benefits of strength training and grow their confidence in the gym. From my own experience, the confidence gained from getting strong can have so much carryover in other aspects of life. You’ll never regret it!
