About me

I am a passionate fitness trainer who is always ready to help people achieve their fitness goals. With the solid background that I have in strength and conditioning, weight loss and nutrition, I make sure that my programs are individualized for each and every learner. No matter if you want to gain mass, lose fat or just become healthier: I will tailor assistance for you.

I must say that I do not offer my clients just physical training as such. There is a fair amount of scientific evidence to support the correlation between fitness and mental health. Exercise, diet and other activities not only contribute to physical health, but also improve mental health, stress management and confidence levels. When you hire me, you will achieve various changes that you could see externally on your body, or feel internally – increased energy levels, focus and positive attitude to everyday activities.

My purpose is to ensure bringing sustained change. I help clients in developing long-lasting behaviors which can empower them to take control of their health and live a better life.
