I have a passion for what I do in the gym, I practice what I preach. I have a background in all variables of training from football to athletics and weight and resistance training. I also have experience working with high needs/neurodivergent individuals. I have 4 years of experience in a gym/training setting and am still gaining experience by doing a coaching course at university.
