I’ve finally taken the step to dedicate myself to fitness and completed a Level 3 Personal Trainer course, after years in a desk job. I’ve been training kickboxing for 20 years and have been gym 'Ing for 16 years. Although not as actively as I’d like due to always having had a desk based job. Though excuses are no more, and I’ll dedicate my time to self improvement and improving the fitness journey of my clients. My promise to my clients is that I’ll use all of my expertise and knowledge to help you get fitter and stronger. I’ll help you with your general fitness, nutrition and self defense.
