Hello, my name is Sonny.
I’ve been a Personal Trainer for 4 years. I specialise in guiding others in gaining confidence in themselves in either losing weight, gaining muscle, feeling & being strong and mastering their own body weight.
I decided to become a Personal Trainer because it would help me overcome the struggles & obstacles of being obese and being insecure & uncomfortable in my own body. With my experience I have transformed it into my expertise to help and guide others in being confident in themselves no matter what shape you’re in.
I offer 1 to 1 Personal Training sessions, partner training sessions which can help reduce cost of sessions, a workout plan and help with your nutrition, meals & eating habits.
