About me

Hello, my name is Tracy. I’ve been a personal trainer now for the past 8 years, and a Pilates instructor for the past 3 years. Helping lots of lovely ladies become strong both physically and mentally. I’m very passionate about my job, in helping others become the best version of themselves.

I offer one-to-one sessions in both personal trainer and Pilates or can do a mixture of both. I offer different packs of sessions to suit everyone. 30-minute, 45 min, and 1-hour sessions. Please get in touch for a free consultation.
