About me

Hi, I am Tony!

I am a highly-motivated personal trainer that has a passion for fitness and helping people to become the best versions of themselves. I look to make your fitness journey fun while at the same time challenging and hardworking, as I believe it is important to enjoy the process as well as the end result. I have always had a love for sports and exercise, with a diverse background in sports including football, athletics and basketball, I bring a unique blend of skills and experience to my training approach. 

With experience in the gym and fitness environment for the past 6 years, I have encountered a variety of training methods which have pushed my body to limits I never thought it could ever reach. I specialise in several aspects within fitness training ranging from, muscle building & toning, weight loss, strength and conditioning and sport specific. With these specialities I can program a training regiment specifically to your wants and needs. I enjoy building relationships with people and making them feel comfortable in the gym environment and to feel a part of the fitness family.
