About me

Growing up I was always very physically active, however, when I was 14, I went on a diet that escalated into becoming unwell and diagnosed with anorexia. The person I was before slowly disappeared in every aspect, mentally and physically. It took me 5 years to realize I needed to make a change for myself, I wanted to work in the fitness industry, but I was in no fit state to do so. At 19 after the pandemic, I decided to get a PT for a year to be a client and learn the ropes of the job but most importantly to do something to heal myself. 4 years later to now, I have finished a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, I am mentally and physically in a healthy place and in a position where I can take my experiences and turn them into a positive by guiding others. My degree has given me a large field of knowledge, from strength and conditioning, to physiology, to exercise effects on neurological disorders, nutrition and more. As your trainer, I offer 1-2-1 sessions, a personal program, nutritional guidance, support in and out of sessions and fortnightly check ins to make sure we are on the right track. Client and coach relationships are integral and that is something I will value with any client of mine. The first step comes from you, the second comes from me and the rest we can do together.
