With 10+ years experience in the gym, a degree in Sports Science and having advised on nutrition for the England Rugby team I can help you achieve your goals in the smartest way possible. Whether your goal is to lose-fat, build muscle or improve at a specific sport, I use a time-efficient and holistic approach that fits your lifestyle. After playing cricket in New Zealand and football in Spain I realised the gym should support your lifestyle, not be the centre of it.
