About me

Welcome to Cope's Coaching!

I have always had a love for fitness and sports whilst growing up and have been training in the gym since I was around 15. The gym and fitness in general is vital for your physical and mental health, it has such an impact on day to day life - something I am a huge advocate for!

I thoroughly enjoy all types of training myself, but specifically strength & hypertrophy training.

I am incredibly passionate about helping others find happiness with their training style. It's not a "one size fits all" industry - if you need guidance with your fitness journey - that's what I'm here for.

Together, we can set goals and I will create a personal training programme, catering to your needs in order to smash those goals. With this, I can also offer nutritional guidance and help you create good habits along with the correct technique in the gym.
