About me

If you had asked my younger self what my career would be, she definitely would NOT have said personal trainer! I was never a sporty person (hello, bottom set PE!) and the thought of team sports filled me with dread. But when I was at university, I took my first step into a gym and it changed my life - both physically and mentally. I learned how to train in a way that I love, and with this came a better physique and a more confident me. Now I’m here to help you do the same!

While most trainers come from a sports background, mine is in psychology and I feel this gives me a unique approach. Not only will I teach you how to elevate your training, but I'll also help you address behaviour changes and overcome any barriers you encounter along the way. Many people have similar goals, but no two fitness journeys are the same. I’m a huge believer in finding a way to fit the gym into your lifestyle, not the other way around! No goal is too big or too small and the key to achieving it is to approach it with confidence and positivity.
