About me

Hi, I'm Robbie, a dedicated personal trainer passionate about transforming lives through fitness. My expertise spans across strength training, hypertrophy, circuit training, weight loss, and joint health. This allows me to offer a holistic approach to help you achieve your fitness goals.

My journey in fitness started with a personal commitment to weight loss, strength and hypertrophy training. This soon blossomed into a professional career through the connections of battling my own mental health. This helped push me past my own restrictions and become a better version of myself, something I now wish to share with others. I use my in-depth knowledge of muscle building techniques and strength training principles to help clients achieve remarkable gains in muscle mass and overall strength.

In addition to muscle building, I love creating dynamic circuit training programs that keep workouts exciting and effective. These high-energy sessions are designed to maximize your results and ensure you stay motivated. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain strength, or improve your joint health, I'm here to guide and support you every step of the way.

I recently passed my course in 2024 and have been in and out of gyms for the best part of 10 years. Over this time I've gained a collective knowledge and vast experience, allowing me to understand lots of different elements in training. I enjoy making plans specific to your individual needs that work for you; from training in the gym with weights, body weight, CV equipment and boxing padwork. I look forward to mixing in different styles of training methods to make the training, not only effective, but enjoyable aswell!
