The gym can be intimidating and overwhelming. That is what held me back for so long when trying to get into my fitness journey, but when I finally did my life completely changed. I fell in love with weight lifting, despite never being sporty, and exercise became a normal part of my everyday routine. I didn’t even have to think about it anymore, and I became the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been.
That is why I want to help you find what you love, with guidance and knowledge, so that becoming fit and healthy no longer feels like a chore. Whether you want to lose body fat or gain muscle, fitness can be fun and rewarding, and with a trainer by your side you won’t feel intimidated or uncertain about what to do.
