Hey, I’m Otis. After a youth of sport, being surrounded by club rugby and cricket, I had developed a love for activity by my teenage years. When lockdown struck, it left me with few options to keep up my fitness and so I turned to weight training at 16. The physical and mental benefits that I gained via weightlifting changed my ideas and desire and since then, my head has been set on helping others achieve physical and mental goals. After working at a Puregym club for 2 years, I’m looking for a new challenge here at the Bay and can’t wait to train some new faces! My training follows a research-based, muscle-building approach that concentrates on perfecting simplicity which will provide you with the needs to progress in any form of training.
