I started my fitness journey from a very young age with competitive gymnastics consuming my life for 11 years. I then started going to the gym, I found it hard to navigate and struggled with self-confidence and body image. Over the years, I've worked to overcome these challenges, gaining valuable insights that I now share with my clients. I am empathetic and patient with my clients providing support in a non-judgmental environment.
Recognising my passion for fitness, I pursued a first-class degree in Sport and Exercise Science, followed by qualifying as a personal trainer. This has equipped me with a deep understanding of both the physical and mental understanding of training. As your personal trainer, I will help you achieve the fitness goals you once deemed unattainable whether its gaining muscle, losing body fat or increasing strength. Beyond these physical transformations, we will focus on building confidence in the gym, fostering self-belief, and promoting body positivity.
I take the time to understand each clients' goals and limitations, crafting workout programmes that are both enjoyable and effective. I emphasise the importance of a balanced lifestyle providing guidance on nutrition, adequate rest and mental wellbeing.
