Having been involved in sport since I can remember it has been something that has played a huge part in my life. From being a little kid playing football all day everyday, to a teenager who wanted to learn as much about sport as possible, I studied it through GSCEs, college and university.
My love of sport not only comes from playing but also coaching and instructing. Having spent 6 years coaching and working with others I felt like the time was right to turn my passion for sport and the gym into my career. So here we are today, a PT qualification and a desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives through fitness.
