I picked up my love for fitness when a mate took me to the gym as an overweight teenager. It was definitely scary at first, but I began to love it so much that I now wish to help others. I know how amazing it can be and how good it makes you feel! I can help you to build strength and muscle through a mix of powerlifting and bodybuilding exercises. I can also help you to get comfortable in the gym environment if you are a beginner as I know it is a little daunting when you first start, but dont worry I will do my best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I also offer personal training and diet plans specifically tailored to your wants and needs.
