About me

I began my fitness journey competing at a national level in athletics. While I was successful, I struggled with body confidence and believed that under-eating was the key to helping me achieve my dream physique. As I started incorporating strength training into my routine, I saw a complete transformation in my physique and confidence.

Combining strength and cardiovascular training, eating a nutritious, high-protein diet, and developing positive habits, has enabled me to achieve a balanced, sustainable approach to fitness, one that enhances both performance and well-being. My own fitness journey inspired me to become a personal trainer so that I could help others experience the same transformations. I believe in sustainable progress that fits around your lifestyle, ensuring that you can achieve your fitness goals while still enjoying life.
