About me

Hi, I'm Katie! It all started when I was 17 years old, training with my dad who threw me straight into weight training. Close to ten years on, a hobby that I shared with my dad soon turned into my career. I want to help others find their inner strength and confidence to be the best at what they can do in the gym. I challenge myself to achieve the best I can, and this is how I work with my clients as well. This way you have the best possible chance to achieve your unique and personal goals. This is by incorporating a structured, realistic and self challenging programme designed only for you. I have always believed that no two people are the same, so how can we all train the same?!
