Eight years ago, I weighed almost 21 stone and struggled to walk across the room without crutches due to a chronic pain condition. I knew something had to change. Determined to take control of my health and future, I embarked on a life-changing journey—losing 10 stone, regaining mobility, and discovering a true passion for exercise.
Along the way, I fell in love with running, strength training, and CrossFit-style workouts. I learned how to modify exercises so I could join in, building my strength until I could perform standard movements—and even progressions! Now, I want to help you take those first steps (and beyond) toward changing your life and taking control of your health.
When I’m not helping others on their fitness journeys, I’m challenging myself—running marathons, kickboxing, and constantly pushing my own limits. I know firsthand that fitness isn’t just about weight loss; it’s about strength, resilience, and proving to yourself that you can do more than you ever thought possible.
