Hi, I’m Harvey! I have been working within the fitness industry and martial arts coaching for nearly 4 years. I have always been sporty but am particularly passionate about MMA and Strength & Conditioning. Having said that, I also love training in a conventional weight training style and HIIT from time to time! When I first got properly into the gym, I was looking for an outlet to deal with the tough times I was going through and that’s where I found the gym and MMA. Fast forward to 3 years on, 4 fights and 10+ BJJ competitions and I haven’t looked back!
I am keen to educate gym members on how to train specifically towards their goals and to grow in confidence whilst training on their own. The gym can sometimes feel intimidating if you don’t know what you’re doing and it’s an ethos of mine to help people with this. As a result, all sessions are carefully planned around what it is that you’re trying to get out of the gym!
I am a PT that loves to coach all styles of fitness. Pad-work (for fitness or technique), Weight Training, Cardio/HIIT, HYROX or Personalised Workout Plans are all things I can help you with.
