Hello im Jess,
Fitness has been a part of my life from an early age, but my journey truly began when I overcame an eating disorder. Through that experience, I realized the importance of proper nutrition and how exercise can be a powerful tool for mental well-being. Moving my body became more than just physical activity - it was a way to build resilience, confidence, and inner strength.
This personal transformation ignited my passion for helping others discover the same empowerment. As a personal trainer, my goal is to support and guide people in becoming the strongest versions of themselves - both physically and mentally.
