I’m a Personal Trainer here at Pure Gym Crayford. Following lockdown, I struggled to find a balance between diet, exercise and feeling happy within myself and the way I looked. This is where my fitness journey began! My transformation has changed me as a person and helped me find a new passion for exercise and health. From the very first training session where I was scared and didn’t know what to do; I now have high goals within strength, cross-fit training and nutrition. This passion has improved my mental health and my body confidence immensely. I can now bring the knowledge I’ve learnt over the years to help you to become the best version of yourself and achieve the same “impossible” results as I did.
