I have a passion for movement, wellness, mindfulness and self-improvement. With over 9 years of experience in various sports and fitness activities, including football, freestyle dancing and boxing, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and It is my aim to guide and support you in your fitness journey. Your goal may be to lose weight, gain confidence, build muscle, and/or gain strength. Whether you’re a beginner on your fitness journey or well seasoned, there are no limits. At the very least, I can support you to move well and often to build movement longevity, you will be empowered to make day to day tasks as simple as can be. The secret isn’t how hard you work, but how consistent you are. If you’re ready to make a change, together we will overcome any of your personal fitness hurdles by cultivating fun, educational and safe programmes.
