Hi I'm Hal,
I’m a former project manager within the construction industry and has changed career to pursue my passion for strength training with the aim to bring a healthy mind and body approach to training.
I’m a competitive powerlifter who has nearly a decade of training experience and have recently gained my Level 3 in Personal Training and I am undertaking further level 3's in GP Referrals, Obesity Management and Lower Back Pain Management and Level 4’s in Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition.
This is to provide my clients with the best foundational knowledge to support their gym journey in as many aspects as possible, from untrained individuals who would like to lift for the first time to those intermediate lifters who would like to hit new PRs or enter their first competition.
