My path in sports and fitness began at the age of 13 in a local Gym of my city in Ukraine from teenage group class, where coaches were noticing my endurance and quick catching of exercise techniques.
It's been 10 years since I plunged deeper and deeper into the Fitness industry!
During my journey, I lost 15 kg, overcame an eating disorder, ran a half-marathons with average pace 2,04 hours, did crossfit, and worked as a Fitness Instructor in Ukraine. Now I am studying nutrition, intensively practicing tennis and helping people find their fitness, understand the meaning of a balanced diet and the impact of sports and food on their quality of life.I faced a bunch of obstacles on the way to a healthy understanding of fitness and self-perception.
My senses:
- Mental health through fitness and like-minded community;
- To find out and improve functional and mobility of the body to discover the best range of motion on daily basis;
- Weight loss is only just a consequence of nutrition and movement combined;
- The most important thing is health and overall strength of the body;
- Being a Personal Trainer who cares about an athlete's goals, health and well-being.
