Hi, I'm Aiden!
I'm an experienced Personal Trainer who specialises in strength & conditioning. My aim is to help people like you, make a positive change to your life, in and out of the gym.
Having spent the last 6 years in the gym, I have seen first-hand how exercise and physical change can impact your life. Whether you're looking to gain muscle, lose weight or simply feel more confident in your own skin - I have a plan that will get you there!
My main focus as a Trainer is to help people understand the gym in a much deeper way. You need to know not just what you're doing here but also why and how - this is where I come in and guide you every step of the way. I will make you a plan that is easy to follow, destined for progress and completely tailored to you.
